Bonita Colony

It was my great good fortune to have Steve Johnson of Quality–Bilt Homes recommended to me for my recent kitchen and utility room remodel.

The suggestions that Steve offered to me were not only great, but saved me quite a few dollars. His bid was considerably lower than the other bids I received. His team was quick and efficient and I was out of the kitchen and utility room for about l/2 of the time planned by other bidders. The scheduled sub–contractors were there when he told me they would be. Steve checked in daily to be sure we were on schedule and that all work was up to his specifications. Additionally, every night the work site was cleaned up and left in neat order. I am so pleased with my finished rooms and the complements I have received.

It was no wonder that I went straight to Steve when it became necessary to remodel one of my bathrooms. It, too, came out in an outstanding manner – another showpiece makeover. Steve really does have a goal of quality construction at a reasonable price.

Charles and Barbra Howell

asked Steve Johnson of Qual-I-Tee Bilt Homes if he would build a home for us. He agreed. The basic dome shell was purchased at Oregon Dome in Veneta, Oregon.

Mr. Johnson and his subcontractors did all the concrete work, plumbing, cabinets, wiring, insulation, sheet rock, siding and finish work. There were some challenges, but Mr. Johnson met these with a can-do attitude and completed all the tasks with superb professionalism. His crews certainly lived up to their company name insuring high quality workmanship throughout the home. The dramatic views from the cupala to the cozy warmth of the wood stove on the first floor, the house provides a unique and friendly atmosphere. The open design creates an energy efficient environment. Our utility bills are minimal.
